Whether you are here for a game or other ND event, a work trip or just visiting, this house is meant to be your comfortable and relaxing home away from home and with excellent 300mb wifi and 3 smart tv's there's plenty of places for everyone to relax.
The downstairs is setup with 2 comfy couches in front of a TV and the dining table just next to the full kitchen.
The kitchen has all brand new appliances, coffee maker, and all the accessories needed for cooking.
The downstairs master bed room has a king bed, tv, dresser drawers, closet & hangers, a work desk and the downstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The upstairs has two bedrooms with closets & hangers. The larger room has 1 queen and 1 full beds and a tv, while the smaller room has 2 twin beds.
Onsite laundry available with minimum stay of 7 nights, otherwise available for a small fee.

- The Payment Schedule is:Â 10% due at booking, 40% due 180 days out from check-in, remainder due 30 days out from check-in.

Please note, the refund policy is as described above however, we will deduct the Payment Processing Fee (3.9%), which has been paid by us. Â
