Payment Schedule

50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

Security deposit

No security deposit is due.

For Long Lead Bookings:

Please note that the current visible rate might be out of date. Prices are variable based on the Notre Dame athletic & event schedule which sometime times is still due to be published.

The Payment Schedule is: 10% due at booking, 40% due 180 days out from check-in, remainder due 30 days out from check-in.

Refunds:
Please note, the refund policy is as described above however, we will deduct the Payment Processing Fee (3.9%), which has been paid by us.
